The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is currently experiencing technical issues with our non-emergency phone line ending in 1960. 911 and ALL other phone lines are still operational but non-emergency calls should go to 816-541-8017 or 816-803-8302.

New Facility Description

Overcrowding and deteriorating facilities require the need for an upgraded Detention Center. Jackson County has established a multi-phase plan to support the planning, design, construction, and activation of a new jail facility for its citizens.
